Renault has released a few photos of its mildly face lifted 2014 RenaultSport Mégane RS265. Sporting a new corporate face with a massive upright Renault badge and slightly larger upper grille, the ‘new’ RS will have to see of stiff competition from newer rivals.
There’s also a pair of new headlights and slightly revised front bumper. It rolls on the same 18-inch wheels as before, while at the back, things seemed to have been carried over unchanged as well. Inside, Renault’s new R-Link system has found a place on the hot hatch’s dashboard.
The front driver’s 2.0-litre 4-cylinder turbocharged petrol engine is also carried over. It produces 195kW @ 5,500rpm and 360Nm @ 3,000rpm, one of the highest in its class.
The new look RS265 is doing it for us. What do you think?
