SpeedART BTR-II 650 Evo Based on Porsche 911 Turbo (997)

German tuner SpeedART has taken the Porsche 911 Turbo (997) and fitted on it a host of performance and aerodynamic upgrades. SpeedART call it the BTR-II 650 EVO and it means Bi-Turbo Racer 2nd generation with 650 horsepower and Evolution bodykit.

Power is increased from 500 horsepower to 650 horsepower and the torque figure is 900Nm. All thanks to bigger VTG turbochargers with increased boost pressure, upgraded manifolds and exhaust, higher flow air intake and bigger intercooler. 0-100 kph (0-62 mph)  is achieved in just 3.4 seconds and 200 kph (124 mph) in just over 9 seconds. The top speed is 335 kph (208 mph).

To handle the increased power, SpeedART has also strengthened the PDK transmission with extra rings for the inner and outer multi-disc-packet. The enforced gearbox is essential for hard launch and track work.

On the exterior, the EVO kit consists of a redesigned front bumper with integrated air ducts to channel air to the massive front brakes, bolder side skirts, rear diffuser and bigger rear spoiler. Three-piece screwed forged wheel in 12 x 20 inch are employed with the option of red accent to give the 911 a more aggressive look. Tires sizes are 245/30 ZR 20 inch at the front and 325/25 ZR 20 inch at the rear. The car also sits lower with a fully adjustable SpeedART sport suspension.
