Gorgeous Volvo Concept Estate leaked ahead of debut

Photos of Volvo’s third concept model to be based on the brand’s new Scalable Product Architecture (SPA) platform has surfaced on the web.

The three-door Volvo Concept Estate is an extension of the styling exercise that started with last year’s striking Volvo Coupe Concept. It features a full length glass roof that extends all the way to the tailgate.

Inside, Volvo has also updated the interior with new colours and materials, as well as adding a bit more space for the rear seat passengers, not that it will ever have to worry about that because for now, both Coupe and Estate Concepts are purely that – concept studies that showcase the Swedish brand’s next-generation of styling language for its road cars.

However, with Volvo’s strong tradition in wagon or Shooting Brakes, as they are currently known, we might see the gorgeous Estate Concept turn into reality.

The Concept Estate will be appearing at the Geneva Motor Show next month.
