AC Schnitzer tweaks BMW 4-Series coupe

AC Schnitzer has released a new tuning package for the BMW 4-Series coupe. The package consists of both styling and performance enhancement.

Subtle changes to the exterior include a selection of AC Schnitzer wheels with sizes ranging from 18-inch to 20-inch and AC Schnitzer decals.

In the handling department, the 4-Series gets a set of adjustable sports suspension for improved driving dynamics. The kit includes lowering springs that reduce the ride height by 25mm, eliminating the unsightly wheel gaps.

Performance upgrades come in the form of new sports exhaust system and ECU maps for the 4-Series range with the BMW 428i gaining 26 kW to produce 216 kW while the BMW 435i churns out 265 kW, 40 kW more than the standard model. The BMW 420d gets a 25 kW boost in power, maxing out at 160 kW.

Inside, AC Schnitzer is offering a range of upgrades including new alloy pedals, aluminium iDrive cover, velour floor mats and aluminium or leather-wrapped gear knob.
