Infiniti today gives an intriguing first look at the Q60 sports coupe concept to be displayed at the 2015 North American International Auto Show (NAIAS) in Detroit.

Set to replace the current model in 2016, which has been around for over five years, the new Q60 teaser reveals the silhouette of a concept with muscular lines and well defined contours.

Infiniti says the Q60 Concept is designed to make an unmistakable design statement. The latest concept builds upon the design language seen on recent Infiniti concept cars, foreshadowing the strong visual consistency to be a key ingredient of products in the future Infiniti lineup.

The Q60 coupe, formerly called G37 coupe, rivals the likes of BMW 4 Series, Audi A5, Mercedes C-Class Coupe and more recently, the Lexus RC Coupe.
