Volkswagen Golf 7 tuned by Caractere

Caractere Performance has introduced their new tuning package for the Volkswagen Golf 7 consisting of an aerodynamic kit and various performance upgrades.

On the styling front, a set of body kit comprising a front lip spoiler, revised side skirts and a rear diffuser are on offer. Customers who want to differentiate their car even further can option it up further with a different front grille, a “Sport” roof spoiler, 18- or 19-inch CW1 alloy wheels in silver or graphite and a stainless steel sport exhaust system with split tailpipes.

Performance upgrades are also on offer for all engine variants of the Golf 7. Amongst them the 2.0-litre TFSI engine in the GTI can be tuned to produce 184kW (250HP) and 325Nm (240 lb-ft) of torque, while the 1.4-litre TSI can be massaged to develop 105kW (143HP) and 240Nm (177lb-ft). On the diesel range, the 2.0-litre TDI diesel engine can be upgraded to produce 153kW (208HP) and 410Nm (302 lb-ft) of torque.
