In only a few months since its launch, the BMW M2 is already resonating through the tuning world. And the latest tuner to jump on the bandwagon is Laptime Performance.

First showcased at the Tuning World Bodensee show in Germany, the Laptime Performance BMW M2 gets a track oriented setup which sees the sports coupe equipped with a set of KW Clubsport damping and height adjustable coilovers and 20-inch OZ Racing rims wrapped in Dunlop Sport Maxx tyres.

While the standard 272kW/465Nm 3.0-litre turbocharged in-line six cylinder petrol engine is more than capable to hurl the M2 from rest to 100km/h in just 4.3 seconds (DCT), Laptime Performance felt the need to bump it up even further. Flashed with a new engine management software and exhaling through a new Akrapovic exhaust system, Laptime Performance’s BMW M2 now pushes out 313kW of power, bringing its performance closer to the M4.

To convey the upgraded performance, the BMW M2 scores a front splitter and rear GT wing. A set of M-coloured body decals round off the aggressive exterior. Inside, the M2 gains a pair of Recaro racing bucket seats.
