Japanese tuner DAMD (which stands for Dream Automotive Design), responsible for turning this Toyota 86 into a Lexus LFA, has unveiled their latest project, the Mazda MX-5 “Dark Knight”.

Sharpening up the looks of the highly popular roadster is a set of carbon fibre bodykit consisting a front lip spoiler, a pair of side sill extensions, rear diffuser and rear lip spoiler.

The car sits lower to the ground thanks to a set of Spirit Racing sports suspension, while rolling stock has been upgraded to a set of OZ Racing Ultralegera lightweight wheels measuring 18 x 7 all round wrapped in Bridgestone Potenza RE002 215/35/18 tyres.

DAMD is also offering customer the option of reupholstering the interior in Alcantara and leather with red accent and stitching. Complementing the luxury interior makeover is a bespoke DAMD leather key case in various colours.
