For those of you who don’t know, Peugeot have discontinued their RCZ coupe range. The French automaker has struggled financially for many years now, facing multi-billion dollar losses that are ever increasing with each year. In an attempt to get finances under control Peugeot have taken a number of drastic measures including simplifying their range from 26 to 13 models; unfortunately the RCZ didn’t make the cut.

For prospective buyers however this is the perfect time to buy with the last 40 units being sold for just $49,990 drive-away, which is a massive saving of $14,000 from the RRP.

The RCZ is offered in both a 1.6-litre turbo-petrol or a 2.0-litre turbo-diesel engine. The petrol range can be purchased with either a 6-speed auto or manual transmission while the diesel is only paired with a 6-speed manual gearbox.

The RCZ features satellite navigation, dual-zone climate control, Bluetooth and USB connectivity, leather-clad heated and electrically adjustable seats, 19-inch alloys, electrically operated active rear spoiler, automatic headlights and wipers, LED daytime running lights and a full complement of safety features.

The vehicle also carries a 5 year/75,000km capped price servicing, 5 years roadside assist and a 3 year, 100,000km warranty.

The offer is strictly limited to existing stocks of RCZ models and excludes remaining RCZ-R.
