2017 Toyota LandCruiser 200 Series given more Altitude

Toyota has introduced an Altitude special edition for its popular 2017 LandCruiser 200 Series. Based on the GXL turbo-diesel variant, the Altitude brings a series of luxury, comfort, convenience and safety enhancements to the model.

Inside, the interior has been updated with leather-accented upholstery, power adjustments for the front seats and a handy refrigerated cool box as well as quality touches with chrome-tipped front air vents and brushed alloy-look ornamentation.

Drivers benefit from the addition of high-quality LED Optitron meters and a 4.2-inch multi-information display accessible through a new steering-wheel switch.

Externally, the Altitude special edition is distinguished by LED foglamps, rain-sensing wipers and Altitude badging, along with five exterior colours – black (no extra cost) and premium white, silver, graphite and blue ($550).

The LandCruiser 200 Series Altitude is priced from $93,460 plus on-road costs, representing a premium of $4,630 over the GXL turbo-diesel. Just 600 will be offered and comes in the wake of the LandCruiser Prado Altitude special edition introduced last week.
