2015 Nissan GT-R to get new front bumper?

A Nissan GT-R with a camouflaged front bumper has been spotted undergoing testing on public roads in Germany. Accompanied by a second 2014 model year GT-R, the prototype is believed to be the new 2015 Nissan GT-R.

The scooped photos reveal a slightly restyled front bumper for the new GT-R, with repositioned LED daytime running lights and revised air intakes. The grille also appeared to have been updated.

The rest of the car, including the mighty 404kW/628Nm twin-turbo 3.8-litre V6, six-speed dual-clutch transmission and all-wheel-drive system are expected to be carried over to 2015 unchanged.

The updates are expected to be the final tweak for the R35 GT-R, before the next-generation model with the first ever hybrid drivetrain breaks cover in 2016.
