Wimmer RS Introduces Performance Package for Mercedes C63 AMG

The Mercedes C63 AMG is no doubt a very good package straight out of the showroom. But it is also a popular platform for after market tuners. The latest tuner to give a shot at the C63 AMG is German tuner Wimmer RS in the form of a performance upgrade kit.

The package starts with the intake with an upgraded air induction system for the 6.3 litre V8 with components sourced from K&N. The standard exhaust is replaced with the Wimmer RS-Sport exhaust system that consists of an exhaust manifold with down pipe, a high flowing catalyst and straight-through stainless steel cat-back.

With a retuned ECU for optimized performance, the Wimmer RS C63 AMG manages to churn out 580 horsepower and 690 Nm of torque. The handling has also been tweaked with the help of KW-Club sport suspension.

The package costs € 9,900 including installation.
