Carlsson CK63 RSR based on Mercedes C63 AMG

A deep rumbling V8, a killer acceleration and an aggressive appearance. Introducing the Carlsson CK63 RSR based on the Mercedes C63 AMG. It features a 6.2 liter V8 under the hood that churns out a whopping 636 horsepower and 752 Nm of torque. In comparison, the standard C63 AMG produces 457 horsepower and 600 Nm.

The increase in power comes from a new intake manifold, extractors and exhaust system. Of course a remapped ECU by Carlsson takes advantage of the new performance parts and stamps the final power output.

The result is a top speed of over 315 km/h and a zero to hundred time of only 3.6 seconds, a full second quicker than the standard C63 AMG.

To match the improved performance, the Carlsson CK63 RSR also features a new aerodynamic package, which consists of a front spoiler, rear spoiler, rear diffuser and a new bonnet to house the bigger intake manifold underneath.

The car rides on 19 inch light weight wheels. A set of coilover suspension with fully adjustable damping and rebound is also employed. To improve handling even further, Carlsson upgraded the rear limited slip differential to a multi-plate differential with 30 percent locking capability.
