AC Schnitzer gives the BMW 3 Series Touring some attitude

When it comes to fast wagons, Audi is the king but for those wanting something different, AC Schnitzer’s BMW 3 Series Touring might fit the bill nicely.

Based on the latest G21 BMW 3 Series, the tuner says it can improve all aspects of the car, from engine performance to aerodynamics, suspension, exhaust notes and of course, styling.

Interestingly, the first tuning programme is targeted at the 330d xDrive, lifting its power from 195kW and 580Nm to 231kW and 660Nm of torque. Owners of the 320i, 330i and M340i xDrive would have to wait a little longer as AC Schnitzer says those are under development.

However, the tuner can improve their car’s exhaust by adding a sports silencer to the 320i, 330i and M340i (2 tailpipes in right/left combination on each side), finished in either Sport Carbon, Sport Chrome or Sport Black trim.

On the styling front, AC Schnitzer’s body kit consisting of front spoiler elements, a front splitter, side skirts (for all models with M Package), rear diffuser, rear roof spoiler, rear skirt protection foil and custom badges will add a does of attitude to their cars.

Customers can also opt for a set of 19- or 20-inch AC1 light alloy wheels in two-tone or Anthracite, along with the sports suspension that drops the car by approximately 25mm.
