JRM Nissan Nismo GT-R GT3 Racer Debuts at Magny-Cours

After undergoing intensive testing for over a year, the JR Motorsport (JRM) Nissan NISMO GT-R GT3 finally hit the track to participate in a proper race. The race car made its inaugural race at the fourth round of the Blancpain Endurance Series at Magny-Cours, France.

The starting grid consisted of 35 cars, with the JRM NISMO GT-R GT3 starting in the 18th spot. A total of 440km was covered in the endurance race, with drivers David Brabham and Richard Westbrook behind the wheel. The JRM NISMO GT-R GT3 managed to finish 8th place in the 4-hour endurance race.

Overall, the team was pleased with the result and more importantly, the reliability of the car. JRM’s intention is to collect as much data as possible from the race and see how well the car stacks up against the rest of the field.
