Subaru has confirmed the next-generation Impreza will make its world debut at the 2016 New York Auto Show this month.
The new model will be the first of Subaru’s next-generation vehicles to sit on the company’s new modular Global Platform.
While not much has been revealed about the 2016 Subaru Impreza, it is expected to feature a range of new engines with cylinder deactivation technology.
Subaru recently previewed the new Impreza with a couple of exciting concepts (above) wearing the brand’s new Dynamic x Solid design language. However, if Subaru’s track record is any indication, don’t expect the production model to look half as racy as the concept.
