2012 Geneva Motor Show – Pagani Huayra Carbon Edition

This is definitely one of the masterpieces at the Geneva Motor Show – the Pagani Huayra Carbon Edition. When other automakers build a ‘carbon’ edition, they usually take a standard car and adorn it with lashings of carbon here and there. Not the Italian company. Every panel on the Huayra Carbon Edition is constructed out of the exotic material and finished in clear coat.

The result is an ultra sexy supercar. Underneath the feather weight body, the standard car’s AMG-sourced 6.0-litre 700hp V12 is carried over and lives behind the seats.

Inside, there are more carbon on the steering wheel and cabin trims. These are complimented by beautifully finished polished aluminium instruments and switch gears. The carbon-fibre seats are covered in sumptuous red leather.

Pagani hasn’t provided any performance figure but there is no doubt the Carbon Edition will either equal or better the standard car’s figures.
