Lexus RC F gets hotted up for SEMA

Lexus USA has released details on some of the tuned cars that will be shown at SEMA tomorrow in Las Vegas. One of them is this tastefully done up Lexus RC F by Gordon Ting & Beyond Marketing.

The RC F’s subtle aerodynamic enhancement comes in the form of a carbon fibre front lip spoiler with splitter, side skirt extensions and rear diffuser. The sports coupe rolls on 20-inch Yokohama Advan Wheels AVS F50 wrapped in Yokohama Advan Sport rubber measuring 255/30-20 at the front and 285/30-20 at the rear.

Inside, the RC F sports Sparco carbon fibre reclinable seats and custom re-upholstered inserts.

The brakes have been upgraded to Brembo items, with 6 piston monoblock calipers at the front acting on uprated rotors and pads. The rear retains the OEM Lexus calipers but also gains uprated discs.

Keeping handling in check is a set of Tein Mono Sport coilover suspension with EDFC Active Pro, which allows automatic adjustment of damping force according to changes in longitudinal G-force and vehicle speed. There are also a host of chassis strengthening bits including a custom front tower bar, rear tower bar and lower reinforcement braces.

The RC F’s 5.0-litre atmospheric V8 gets GReddy Prototype high performance intake kit and GReddy Supreme SP sports exhaust system. Wrapping things up is a Nitrous Express 100-shot wet Nitrous System.
