Audi Crossover Coupé concept leaked ahead of debut – previews 2015 TT

Photos of the Audi Crossover Coupé concept have leaked onto the web ahead of its official debut at the 2014 North American International Auto Show.

Looking close to production ready and dressed to look like a mini SUV, the concept is likely to preview the styling of the 2015 Audi TT. It sports the latest interpretation of Audi’s prominent grille, flanks by a pair of sharp headlights.

The flare wheel arches is clad in grey plastic moulding for that off-road image while the back features a tailgate-mounted spoiler and a dual-exhaust system.

Inside, the dashboard mimics that design cues of the Audi TT and is equipped with a virtual instrument cluster that was presented at the CES show in Las Vegas. A flat-bottomed steering wheel and alloy pedals, together with the new MMI Controller completes the interior.

As you would have noticed, the concept is badged e-tron, suggesting that it has some form of electric or plug-in hybrid powertrain.
