2014 Lexus CT200h facelift leaked image

Lexus’ “spindle grille” has spread across its product portfolio like wild fire, and so far the CT200h has escaped. But not for long if these leaked images are to be believed.

Last week, Lexus Australia boss, Sean Hanely, confirmed that the facelifted CT200h will arrive next year. These leaked brochure images are purported to be the 2014 Lexus CT200h facelift, adopting the company’s spindle grille. We can also see the ‘F’ badge on its flanks and larger alloy wheels, giving away that we are looking at the F Sport model.

With fierce competition from the Germans, Lexus is expected to reposition the facelifted CT200h to better tackle the Mercedes-Benz A-Class, BMW 1 Series and Audi A3.

The 2014 Lexus CT200h is expected to carry over its hybrid powerplant, meaning a 73kW 1.8-litre petrol engine working in parallel with a 60kW electric motor to generate a total combined output of 100kW while consuming 4.1L/100km.
