Prior Design transforms Hyundai i30 N with widebody kit

Prior Design has transformed the Hyundai i30 N into a WRC-lookalike with the tuner’s widebody kit, and we must admit, it looks fantastic!

Made of fiberglass-Dura-Flex, the bodykit is consist of a new front apron, front bumper side extensions which connect to the flared front wheel arches, new rear bumper extensions, a modified rear diffuser finished in gloss black and a more aggressive roof spoiler.

Completing the WRC look is a set of multi-spoke, rally-style rims and special decals applied sparingly to the hot hatch.

While the go-fast bits don’t actually make the pre-facelift i30 N go any faster, its performance is hardly anything to sneeze at straight out of the factory. Packing a 202kW/353Nm turbocharged 2.0-litre four-cylinder petrol engine, the i30 N takes just 6.1 seconds to hit 100km/h from a standstill.

The facelifted version is even quicker, taking 5.9 seconds to complete the century sprint courtesy of an extra 4kW/39Nm of torque.

Prior Design quotes €3,999 for the bodykit, which translates to A$6,359 based on today’s exchange rate.
