Updated Audi TT and TTS price and specification

The latest incarnation of the brand’s iconic sportscar, the Audi TT and TTS, arrive in Australia this month, bringing sharp new styling and a boost in standard equipment.

The styling of the Audi TT and TTS remains true to the origins of this iconic sportscar, but with a more aggressive, contemporary interpretation. The new three-dimensional Singleframe grille dominates the revamped front end, while styling highlights on both the TT and TTS give each model their own distinctive presence.

Performance remains at the heart of this emotive sportscar, with the Audi TTS powered by a 2.0-litre TFSI turbo petrol engine producing 210kW of power and peak torque of 380Nm from 1800pm to 5200rpm. Matched with a 7-speed dual clutch transmission, the sprint from 0 to 100km/h is dealt with in just 4.7 seconds. Fuel economy remains a responsible 7.0L/100km.

The Audi TT 45 TFSI quattro also uses a 2.0 TFSI powerplant which produces 169kW and 370Nm of torque, for a 0 to 100km/h time of 5.3 seconds and fuel consumption of just 6.6L/100km.

Both cars deliver power to all four wheels through Audi quattro permanent all-wheel drive.

The Audi TT 45 TFSI quattro gains added equipment as standard including LED headlights with dynamic rear indicators, auto-folding exterior mirrors and Audi phone box light wireless smartphone charging.

Likewise, the Audi TTS is offered with an array of standard equipment on top of the above. Highlights include metallic paint as standard, as well as distinctive red brake calipers, heated front seats, Fine Nappa upholstery and the incredible depth and clarity of the 680W 12-speaker Bang & Olufsen sound system.

The Audi TT range also feature an impressive complement of safety and driver assistance systems including:

  • Audi side assist
  • Audi active lane assist
  • Audi parking system with front and rear sensors and rear view camera
  • Progressive steering
  • Cruise control with speed limiter

In addition to the added standard appointment, customers can also further customise their TT’s with two new optional packages.

The S line sport package – available from $7,990 on the TT 45 TFSI quattro – includes unique 19-inch alloy wheels, the S line exterior sport package, S sport front seats, aluminium interior accents, as well as the Audi premium sound system.

Customers can option their TTS with the $4,900 S performance package, which includes Matrix LED headlights, black high-gloss exterior accents, auto-dimming exterior mirrors, park assist and an extended leather package.

Additional new body colours are also be available exclusively for the new Audi TT range, with Cosmos blue, Pulse orange and Turbo blue available for TT 45 TFSI quattro while Pulse orange and Turbo blue are available for Audi TTS.
