Nissan 370Z given a makeover for 2018

Nissan has given its perennial 370Z sports coupe a makeover for 2018 to set it apart from the previous iteration.

The model now features smoked front and rear lights, smoked door handles and fresh 19-inch alloy wheels, along with a new shade of red, with the richer Cherry Red replacing the superseded Bordeaux.

Offered in both Coupe and Roadster bodystyles, the car’s 6-speed manual transmission is now fitted with a high-performance EXEDY clutch that is said to make it more responsive and fun to drive.

With almost 4,200 units sold since its launch in April 2009, the Nissan 370Z continues to come equipped with satellite navigation with 3D mapping, a seven-inch integrated colour touch screen and Bluetooth. It also features Nissan’s Premium Braking system, vehicle dynamic control, ABS, EBD, Brake Assist and six airbags.

The 370Z is powered by a 3.7-litre petrol boasting 245kW of power at 7,000rpm and 363Nm of torque at 5,200rpm. Fuel economy is rated at 10.4L/100km.
