All-new 2018 Jeep Compass lands in Australia

The all-new 2018 Jeep Compass has launched in Australia priced from $28,850 plus on-road costs. Available in four trim levels – Sport, Longitude, Limited and Trailhawk, the new Compass is also offered in two and all-wheel drive with petrol and diesel engines.

Jeep Compass Sport

The Sport model is the entry-point into the all-new Jeep Compass family. With a standard 4×2 configuration, the Jeep Compass Sport is powered by the 2.4-litre Tigershark petrol engine, paired with a six-speed manual or automatic transmission producing 129kW.

Jeep Compass Longitude

The Jeep Compass Longitude comes standard with a front-wheel-drive configuration, 2.4-litre Tigershark petrol engine paired with a six-speed automatic transmission and adds further style and comfort to the Compass range, with standard power driver lumbar adjust, LED ambient interior lighting and passenger in seat cushion storage.

Premium Audio Package $2,150

The Jeep Compass Limited comes with a choice of a 2.4-litre Tigershark petrol engine or 2.0-litre diesel engine, both paired with a nine-speed automatic transmission and four-wheel-drive as standard. This includes Jeep’s Selec-Terrain dial offering Auto, Sand, Mud and Snow modes.

Standard safety features include ParkSense front and rear parking sensors and parallel & perpendicular park assist with stop.

Additionally, the Jeep Compass Limited features an 8.4-inch Uconnect touchscreen display with Apple CarPlay / Android Auto paired with the standard 9-speaker BeatsAudio system including subwoofer.

Jeep Compass Trailhawk

The halo model in the Jeep Compass range will come adorned with the Trail Rated badge bringing off-road capability, courtesy of the advanced Jeep Active Drive Low 4×4 system.

The Compass Trailhawk adds the exclusive Rock mode to its Selec-Terrain control system.
