All-new 2017 Subaru Impreza pricing and specification

Subaru has announced the pricing and specification of its all-new 2017 Subaru Impreza.

On sale now with first customer deliveries starting in December, the new Impreza is available in both sedan and hatchback body style, with pricing starting from an unchanged $22,400 plus on-road costs for the Impreza 2.0i CVT Sedan.

It is the first model to be underpinned by Subaru’s new Global Platform, which is set to underpin a raft of new models from the company for the next decade. It promises to offer huge advancement in dynamics, efficiency and safety.

Four Impreza variants will be on offer, all powered by a 2.0-litre flat-four with direct injection producing 115kW (up 5kW) and 196Nm of torque driving all four wheels via Subaru’s Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive System.

The new model also comes under the new Impreza Capped Price Service Program, with service intervals extended to 12,500km/12 months, compared to 12,500km/6 months for the superseded model.

Total servicing costs for the first three years is now $1,298.19 – a saving of $918.86 compared to the outgoing model, according to Subaru.
