Ford Australia has announced the pricing and specification of the all-new 2019 Ford Endura ahead of its showroom arrival in December.
Priced from $44,990 excluding on-road costs, the Endura is said to bring premium style, features and technology to Australian customers, as well as a five-year warranty.
“Endura presents Australians with an SUV unlike anything we’ve offered before in terms of equipment, design and sophistication,” said Ford Australia and New Zealand President and CEO, Kay Hart.
“It builds on our extensive SUV portfolio, which now spans from the urban-friendly EcoSport, family sized Escape and through to the off-road capable Everest. Endura sits in its own space as a premium offering that we’ve previously not offered.”
The Endura will be offered in three specifications levels, starting with the Trend, before a sports-centric ST-Line and flagship Endura Titanium. All variants are powered by 140kW/400Nm 2.0-litre common-rail turbo diesel engine matched with an 8-speed automatic transmission.
Customers can choose from front- and all-wheel drive on each of the three specification levels, with all boasting Torque Vectoring Control. Riding on standard 18-inch alloy wheels, the Endura has a claimed fuel consumption of 6.7L/100km, while braked towing capacity is rated at 2,000kg and made easier with Trailer Sway Control.

Endura owners also benefit from the Ford Service Benefits program. In addition to Service Loan Car, Auto Club Membership (including Roadside Assistance) and Sat-nav updates, Endura ownership includes a maximum cost of $299 (including GST) for the first four years/60,000km (whichever occurs first) of scheduled servicing at Ford dealerships.
