Event: Buttonwillow Super Lap Battle 2010

The Buttonwillow Super Lap Battle is a major motorsport event in North America and is one of the most popular track for time attack sprints in the US. Drivers who go there have nothing but only fast times to aim for, thus making the Buttonwillow track in California a benchmark in many ways.

This year was another record setting year with 5 records being broken. One of them is of course the time attack lap time. Team Sierra Sierra managed a record breaking time of 1:41.046 in a Mitsubishi Evo VIII which beats the previous record of 1:43.523 held by HKS.
