Walkinshaw Performance upgrades HSV Gen F to 373kW

Walkinshaw Performance W375 HSV Gen F-11

The Commodore-based HSV Gen F range is already one of the most powerful rear-drive sports sedans in the country, with power ranging from 317kW/550Nm in the ClubSport and Maloo, to a heart-thumping 430kW/740Nm in the HSV GTS.

But that doesn’t stop long time Holden/HSV partner, Walkinshaw Performance, from coming up with a performance package that turns the wick up even further. Specifically, the W375 Package is designed for the ‘lower’ output LS3 V8 found in all Gen-F, bar the GTS.

As the name suggest, the W375 package offers Gen F owners a stonking 375kW of power and 676Nm of torque – extracted without the help of forced induction.

The upgrade also includes ceramic-coated headers, a high-flow catalytic converter, unique Walkinshaw Performance stainless steel cat back exhaust system, a cold-air intake and a recalibrated ECU. To back up their claim, Walkinshaw Performance will put each car on the dyno to certify that the claimed output is achieved.

For peace of mind, the high-performance upgrade is back up by Walkinshaw Performance’s driveline warranty for the life of the standard manufacturer’s warranty.

The whole package cost only a reasonable $6,495.
