Aerodynamic specialist PSM Dynamic is giving us a glimpse of their upcoming project – a deliciously aggressive-looking widebody BMW M2 – with the release of two renderings.

The widebody kit for the BMW M2 features even wider front and rear wheel fenders than the standard car, bridged by a pair of carbon fibre side sill extensions.

At the front, a wider front bumper adds to the aggressive stance, garnished with carbon fibre front splitter, bumper inserts and blacked-out kidney grille.

The rear is equally purposeful with the addition of rear diffuser, rear skirts and boot lid spoiler.

The look is finished off with a lower ride height to eliminate those unsightly wheel gaps while spacers ensure the wheels sit flush with the extended fenders.

The M2 is powered by a 272kW/465Nm 3.0-litre turbocharged in-line six cylinder petrol engine. Driving through the rear wheels, the M2 sprints from 0-100km/h in just 4.3 seconds when fitted with the M DCT dual clutch transmission, or 4.5 seconds with the six-speed manual gearbox, en route to a limited top speed of 250km/h.
