German tuner G-Power has turned the whip up on the BMW M4 convertible with a power boost and subtle cosmetic upgrade.

The 3.0-litre turbocharged straight-six engine scores uprated turbo and new engine mapping. Exhaling through a new customised titanium exhaust system, the engine now serves up a colossal 441kW of power at 6,500rpm and 740Nm of torque between 4,000 and 5,500rpm, up from the standard output of 317kW and 550Nm.

The extra punch is enough to propel the drop-top M4 from zero to 100km/h in just 3.7 seconds, en route to a derestricted top speed of 320km/h.

Complementing the boost in performance, G-Power has equipped with M4 convertible with a set of bespoke 21-inch wheels. The performance upgrade package is also available for the M4 coupe and M3 sedan.
