Agency Power Valve Controllable Exhaust System for Nissan GT-R

If you have an aftermarket exhaust in your car, have you ever wished that you could just mute that drone from the exhaust when you pull into the drive way late at night so that your neighbour wouldn’t complain?

If you are in such a situation then you need an acoustically controllable exhaust system. It is essentially an exhaust that has a electronically controlled valve that allows you to adjust the direction or velocity of flow in the exhaust. As the flow directly affects the sound of the exhaust, this means you can adjust the loudness of the exhaust.

Renown performance parts manufacturer Agency Power has designed a controllable exhaust for the Nissan GT-R. The exhaust features a controllable valve that can switch between a muffler exhaust or a straight-through exhaust, bypassing the mufflers and straight out the quad tips.

In bypass mode, the exhaust is de-restricted, optimizing performance and sound. With the bypass mode off, it is just as quiet as the standard factory exhaust. The entire exhaust system is made of high quality 304 grade stainless steel.
