Suzuki Baleno headed for Australia, due Q3 2016

Suzuki has just confirmed their all new Baleno will be coming to Australia.

Due Q3, 2016 the energetic hatchback aims appeal to the small car market along with current Swift owners looking to step up into a larger hatch.

The new Suzuki Baleno employs all of Suzuki’s small car know how to provide a small hatch with a spacious interior that belies its dimensions. With a large 355L boot and smart packaging, Baleno provides small segment passenger comfort in a spacious cabin, within a compact body.  Suzuki has continued its pursuit of lightweight vehicles, utilizing weight saving techniques employed in the new Vitara to create an ultra light small hatch in Baleno.  The benefit will be improved performance with greater fuel economy.

Similar to the Vitara, the Baleno will also be available in a turbo variant. Suzuki’s new BOOSTERJET direct injection turbo engine, is said to provide great performance whilst maintaining exceptional fuel economy.

Baleno’s entertainment system will come standard with a 7-inch touchscreen display with navigation along with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
