Renault Megane Trophy V6 – the ultimate Parisian taxi

This Renault Megane Trophy V6 is any car enthusiast’s wet dream. Packing 295kW (400hp) and 422Nm of torque driving the rear wheels, and looking more like a supercar than a hot-hatch, it has been seen terrorising the streets of Paris last month.

A few very lucky, but probably also very frightend Parisians, got picked up and taken for a ride of their lives with a professional racing driver behind the wheel doing Gymkhana-style stunts in some of the city’s most iconic places, like the Place de la Concorde, Rue de Rivoli and, of course, in front of the Eifell Tower!

Turns out that Megane Trophy Taxi was created as part of Renault’s “Challenge us if you can!” campaign. Nevertheless, it was hugely entertainly.
