Refreshed 2017 Honda Jazz brings sportier look and more kit

A refreshed Honda Jazz with new colour Phoenix Orange will be arriving later this month along with a sportier look.

The same three variants – VTi, VTi-S and VTi-L will be on offer along with the existing 1.5-litre four cylinder engine producing 88kW and 145Nm paired with either a 5-speed manual or a Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT). The CVT automatic comes standard for both VTi-S and VTi-L.

A 7-inch touch screen audio system will be the biggest addition to all models. However, visually we will see a new front and rear bumper, new front grille and for the VTi-S and VTi-L grade, new 16-inch alloy wheels. New features also found in the VTi-S and VTi-L are new bi-LED headlights (high and low beam) and satellite navigation. New daytime running lights (DRL) and front heated seats will only be found on the VTi-L.

Now if you are looking to stand out from the outgoing Honda Jazz, then there is the new pearlescent paint colour Phoenix Orange available and seen in throughout this article. Keep in mind metallic and pearlescent paint costs an additional $495 which applies to all colours except Rally Red. In addition to that we also have the option of Luxe Pack for $1,498.

Honda has revealed pricing remains the same for the VTi model, although there is a slight increase for VTi-S of $200 and VTi-L of $500 which may be due to the addition of satellite navigation, LED headlights and DRL.
