The first brochure pictures of the updated Mazda CX-5 have surfaced online, ahead of its debut at the upcoming Los Angeles Auto Show.

The photos were taken from an official Japanese brochure and depict the Japanese domestic market version of the Mazda CX-5. The refreshed crossover received a restyled grille with five horizontal bar, redesigned headlight and taillight clusters, repositioned front fog lamps and new style alloy wheels.

A quick translation of the Japanese text also reveals that the new CX-5 will have LED headlamps and rear lights.

Mazda is expected to roll out its best selling SUV in the second half of 2015. The brand has remained tight-lipped on new engine details but the current crop of efficiency-focused SKYACTIV petrol and diesel powerplants are expected to be carried over to the facelifted model.
