Next-gen Hyundai i30 teased ahead of September debut

Hyundai has unveiled its first hints of the next generation i30, the company’s best selling model, ahead of its world premiere on 7th September. The new i30 will also be making its first public appearance at the Paris Motor Show next month.

Releasing three teaser shots of the new i30 today, Hyundai claims the next generation i30 will offer the highest value, an efficient and dynamic powertrain line-up, state-of-the-art safety and connectivity to meet global customers’ needs.

The shadowy images give a glimpse of the new i30’s front and rear profile as well as a close up view of the car’s restyled front fascia. Designed, developed, and tested in Europe, the third generation i30 introduces a new corporate grille for Hyundai called the “Cascading grille”. The evolutionary design, penned by former Audi design chief Peter Schreyer, features flowing lines, refined surfaces and a more sculpted body panels, with new LED lights front and rear.

The all-new Hyundai i30 range is expected to hit showrooms worldwide in mid 2017.
