Mercedes-Benz previews X6 rival – likely to be called MLC

Mercedes-Benz has released a single photo of its BMW X6 rival, ahead of the concept’s debut at the Beijing Motor Show later this month.

Called the Concept Coupe SUV, the low-slung SUV is expected to preview the brand’s answer to the X6 (which is heading into its second generation and has recently been caught testing) and is widely rumoured to be called the MLC. The production version is anticipated to hit showrooms sometimes next year and will be built at the Tuscaloosa plant in Alabama, United States, where the M-Class is built.

No further information is available at this stage but we will bring you more when Mercedes-Benz releases them.
