Mercedes-Benz A-Class Coupe and Convertible coming?

BMW has the 2 Series Coupe and Convertible, Audi offers the A3 Cabriolet and TT Coupe. Of course Mercedes-Benz isn’t going to just sit back and watch the competition cash in on the segment.

The Mercedes-Benz A-Class has always been a hatchback only offering, with its close cousin, the CLA-Class a four-door coupe proposition. Things may change, as illustrated by these realistic renderings by Polish design studio Ascariss Design.

This is what the A-Class Coupe and Convertible may look like, if they ever made it production. And we like what we see. With good proportions and sleek lines, the A-Class Coupe and Convertible will certainly give its German rivals a run for their money.

While an AMG version of the new A-Class is only a matter of when, let’s hope we also see AMG versions of the A-Class Coupe and Convertible coming to fruit in the not too distant future.
