Jaguar XFR-S Sportbrake leaked ahead of debut

Jaguar XFR-S Sportbrake leaked image

An image purported to be the Jaguar XFR-S Sportbrake has hit the web. The fast wagon from Jaguar is reportedly going to make its official debut at the Geneva Motor Show next month.

Powered by a 5.0-litre supercharged V8 pinched from the XFR-S sedan that delivers 405kW and 680Nm to the rear wheels via an 8-speed ZF gearbox, the wagon will reportedly do 0-60mph (0-96 km/h) in 4.6 seconds before hitting a top speed of around 300km/h.

That will put it right in the ballparks of the Audi RS6 Avant and Mercedes-Benz E63 AMG Estate. Like the sedan, the Sportbrake gets a more aggressive body kit, with deeper front bumper, beefier side skirts and chunky alloy wheels.

According to Autocar in the UK who first published the image, the XFR-S Sportbrake will have a starting price of just over £80,000.
