We know all about the Honda NSX, we have seen the NSX GT3, and we have heard about the NSX Type R. What about the NSX convertible? Well, here it is, in rendering form of course, courtesy of automotive photoshopper Theophilus Chin.

Realistically envisioned, the stylish NSX convertible remains faithful to the coupe’s design but features a retractable soft top that folds behind the seats, a pair of rollover hoops and revised side scoops.

It’s not all just fantasy, as NSX Dynamic Development Leader Nick Robinson recently revealed the company will likely offer an NSX Roadster. If it’s going to look this good, bring it on we say.

Like the standard model, the rumored NSX convertible is expected to get its power from a 3.5-litre twin-turbo V6 engine in combination with three electric motors developing a total output of 427kW and 645Nm.
