AC Schnitzer BMW 1-Series M Coupe to Premiere at Frankfurt Show

AC Schnitzer have been busy working on the BMW 1-Series M Coupe to have it finished in time for the upcoming 2011 Frankfurt Motor Show. Just in time for the show, AC Schnitzer is proud to unveil some pictures of their finished product, called the BMW 1 Series M Coupe AC Schnitzer ACS1 Sport.

The 1-Series M Coupe is already a great package, it is hard to imagine the kind of improvement that can still be made to the 1 Series M Coupe. However, the German tuner has managed to raise the power to 400 horsepower. Braking is provided by a new high performance six-piston calipers for the front and four-piston calipers for the rear. To improved handling and provide “a high level of agility and dynamism”, the AC Schnitzer 1-Series M Coupe features a set of fully adjustable coilover suspension.

Various aerodynamic bits on the exterior of the car further distinguish the 1-Series M Coupe AC Schnitzer from the standard model.

The BMW 1-Series M Coupe AC Schnitzer will be premiered at the 2011 Frankfurt Motor Show taking place from 13th September to 25th September. More details to follow.
