2014 Nissan Dualis caught testing in Germany

As the launch of the all-new Nissan Dualis draws closer, more spy shots of the crossover have emerged. This time the new model has been caught testing in Germany, where the Dualis (Qashqai in Germany) contributes to almost half of all Nissan’s vehicle sale in the country.

Scheduled for debut at the end of 2013 or early 2014, the second generation Nissan Dualis will be slightly longer at 4400mm with a lower roof line, V-shaped grille and Infiniti inspired rear lights. It’s design will be heavily influenced by the Nissan Hi-CrossConcept revealed at the 2012 Geneva Motor Show.

A range of petrol and diesel engines will be offered with power ranging from 82kW to 111kW, including a new fuel efficient 1.2-litre turbocharged four-cylinder engine sourced from sister company Renault which develops 90kW.

New standard features across the Dualis range include Blind-Spot assistance and Bird’s Eye view parking assistance.
