German tuner MEC Design has unveiled their latest project – the new Mercedes S 63 AMG Coupe, upgraded with a range of customised bits.

Subtle but effective changes to the exterior of the classy two-door coupe include a set of MEC Design CC5 22-inch wheels finished in matte centre black and gloss black lip measuring 22×9.5 wrapped in 265mm wide tyres for the front and 22×11 wrapped in 305mm wide rubbers for the rear. A set of MEC Design lowering sports suspension with ride control ensures the unsightly wheel gaps are eliminated.

Under the bonnet the AMG 5.5-litre V8 biturbo remains intact with an output of 430 kW (585 hp) and 900 Nm of torque. Expulsion is however, enhanced with a stainless steel sports exhaust with flap control. There is also an ECO mode deactivation system.

Inside, the S 63 AMG Coupe gets a set of MEC Design floor mats, with nubuck leather edging and double stitched

The large coupe accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.9 to 4.3 seconds, depending on model variant, and goes on to reach a top speed of 250 km/h (electronically limited).
