Audi TT Coupe by ABT-Sportline front quarter

ABT Sportline has presented their tuning programme for the latest Audi TT Coupé at the 2014 Essen Motor Show in Germany.

The ABT-tuned TT features a comprehensive body kits comprising of an aggressive front skirt, specially designed mirror caps and a chunkier side skirt all finished in a blazing red hue that complements the TT’s black exterior paint.

At the back, the standard retractable rear spoiler has been replaced with a racy fixed wing, while a rear skirt insert with two additional side attachments accentuates the coupé’s width and striking quad-pipes.

The exterior makeover is finished off with a set of black 20” DR alloy wheels with red flange shod with Continental tyres.

To match the stunning bodywork, ABT has tweaked the base TT’s 2.0-litre turbocharged four-cylinder TFSI engine to produce 228kW of power and 440Nm of torque – up from 169kW and 370Nm.

While no performance figures have been released, ABT Sportsline’s Hans-Jürgen said their TT “looks fast and is fast, too.”
